About the company:

We are hiring on behalf of an India-based Webflow design and development consulting firm, Wednesday Solutions (wednesday.is). This is an onsite role in Pune.


Summary:

We’re looking for a Customer Acquisition-focused Growth Marketer to join Tuesday.is In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients by targeting two key personas: founders of MSMEs/SMEs seeking redesign services and marketing teams in need of Webflow expertise. Your job will be to craft and execute data-driven marketing strategies that generate leads and drive conversions across digital channels. If you’re skilled in performance marketing and love leveraging AI tools for growth, this is the role for you.


Requirements:

💼Workshop Design & Facilitation: Plan and structure workshops with clear objectives, agendas, and engaging activities while managing time effectively to cover all key topics.

💼Group Dynamics & Participation: Foster active involvement from all participants, manage diverse personalities, and resolve conflicts to maintain a constructive environment.

💼Insightful Communication: Utilize verbal and visual aids to clearly explain design concepts and facilitate discussions that align with business goals and user needs.

💼Empathetic Understanding: Listen actively to grasp underlying business challenges and demonstrate empathy to build rapport and trust with clients.

💼Information Synthesis & Clarity: Distill large volumes of stakeholder input into clear insights and actionable objectives, asking clarifying questions as needed.

💼Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate effectively with the design team, showcase work, and provide guidance to others, fostering a supportive team environment.


Experience & Competencies:

💪Growth Marketing Expertise: 3-5 years of experience with a focus on customer acquisition through SEO, paid search (Google Ads), social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn), email marketing, and AI-powered tools like ChatGPT and Jasper.

💪Performance & Automation Tools: Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, A/B testing, CRO, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) for campaign tracking, lead nurturing, and optimization.
