Our team fosters a culture of openness, collaboration, and professional growth.Job OverviewOur Transfer Pricing team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate with 2–4 years of experience in transfer pricing or international tax.You will work on a wide range of TP advisory and compliance engagements, supporting multinational clients with documentation, benchmarking studies, and intercompany pricing strategies.This role offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities for learning, development, and career growth.Key Responsibilities:Prepare Transfer Pricing documentationConduct functional, industry, and economic analyses to support arm's length pricingPerform benchmarking studies using TP databases and toolsSupport the preparation and review of intercompany agreements and pricing policiesCollaborate with Managers and Directors to develop TP planning strategies and documentationParticipate in client meetings and assist with responding to queries from tax authoritiesDraft proposals for potential clientsRun projects independently with review and inputs from seniors in the teamCollaborate with Corporate Tax Team for interdependencies of Transfer Pricing provisions in UAE Corporate Tax LawContribute to business development initiatives, proposals, and knowledge-building effortsStay updated with evolving international tax/TP regulations and UAE-specific compliance requirementsQualifications:2–4 years of experience in Transfer Pricing or international taxBachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldProfessional certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, ADIT, or similar are an advantageStrong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindsetProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with TP databases (e.g., TP Catalyst, RoyaltyStat, or similar) is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
