Job Title: 3; 0;Seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Specialist to lead our global transfer pricing function.About the Role:Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain comprehensive transfer pricing documentation, including Master Files, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reports.Prepare and review transfer pricing models and benchmarks to validate intercompany pricing arrangements.Collaboration & Advisory:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess and structure risks associated with intercompany pricing structures.Provide subject matter expertise on transfer pricing principles and policy application.Strategic Leadership:Serve as a key advisor to senior management on complex transfer pricing matters.Contribute significantly to the development and implementation of our global transfer pricing strategy.Transfer Pricing Strategy:Lead the drafting, review, and execution of intercompany agreements.Ensure all intercompany transactions are properly documented and executed.Required Skills & Qualifications:Professional Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in transfer pricing or a related field.Certifications & Education:Advanced degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.Relevant certifications such as CTP or CTBA.Benefits:Competitive Compensation:Salary range $100,000 - $150,000 per annum.Opportunities for Growth:Continuing education and professional development opportunities.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter to us by email.
