AI Solution Developer

Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in building and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have practical expertise in developing RAG systems, Agentic AI, and working with open-source LLMs.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and multimodal AI systems.Implement and optimize RAG architectures, vector search, retrieval workflows, query rewriting, and prompt tuning.Build Agentic AI applications using frameworks such as LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks.Integrate, fine-tune, and evaluate open-source LLMs (Llama, GPT-OSS, etc.) and multimodal models for real-world use cases.Measure, refine, and enhance AI solution performance using evaluation frameworks and model metrics.Troubleshoot and debug complex ML and AI workflows with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams for integration, deployment, and solution scalability.Requirements:6+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development with at least one production-grade AI use case.Strong practical experience in RAG-based or Agentic AI implementations for global clients.Hands-on expertise with open-source LLMs and multimodal models.Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph or similar.Strong understanding of AI evaluation, refinement, and benchmarking.Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills:Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms.Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI projects.Knowledge of RAG methodologies, query transformation techniques, prompt optimization strategies.
