The AI Agent Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI agents, integrating AI technologies into business systems, and maintaining their performance. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the development team, programming, fine-tuning AI models, conducting testing, and ensuring efficient deployment. The role demands close interaction with cross-disciplinary teams to create intelligent, impactful AI solutions for various business sectors.QualificationsProficiency in AI development, including AI chatbot design and AI agent programmingAI agent development using Langchain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADKUnderstanding and experience with Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs)Strong skills in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, or similar technologiesAbility to perform data analysis, data preprocessing, and model optimizationExperience in problem-solving and applying AI solutions to business-specific challengesExcellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsPrior experience in deploying AI and machine learning models in real-world environments is a plusBachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field
