The FM serves as the primary on-site manager responsible for overseeing all facility operations, staff supervision, and client relationships. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational experience to ensure excellence in facility management services.Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership and direction to the on-site facility management teamDevelop and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contactOversee all facility operations including maintenance, security, and building systemsManage vendor relationships and service contractsCreate and monitor operational budgets and financial performance metricsImplement and maintain health, safety, and environmental standardsLead continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiencyQualifications:10+ years' experience in facility management with at least 3 years in a leadership roleBachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and industry regulationsExcellent communication and client relationship management skillsProven track record of team leadership and developmentProficiency with facility management software and MS Office suiteIndustry certifications (FMP, CFM, or IFMA) preferredLocation: On-site –Bengaluru, KAScheduled Weekly Hours:48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
