Job Title: Facility & Administration Manager Experience: 5–8 years Location: Chhatarpur, Delhi Role Summary: Responsible for managing overall facility operations and office administration to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace. Key Responsibilities: Oversee housekeeping, security, maintenance, and infrastructure upkeep. Manage vendors, AMCs, contracts, and facility-related budgets. Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and facility audit requirements. Handle office administration: travel, stationery, pantry, courier, front desk, etc. Coordinate seating plans, office expansion/renovation, and asset allocation. Lead emergency preparedness, incident reporting, and preventive maintenance. Requirements: Graduate in Facility Mgmt / Engineering / Business Admin (preferred). Strong experience in facility operations, vendor management & admin functions. Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools.
