As a Financial Manager, you will oversee the entire financial spectrum of our organization, ensuring seamless operations and strategic decision-making. This role demands exceptional leadership skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:Leverage your expertise to develop and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.Create monthly and quarterly management reports that provide actionable insights and variance analyses.Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, invoicing, and reconciliation activities, ensuring optimal financial efficiency.Manage financial audits, tax filings, regulatory submissions, and compliance with relevant jurisdictions.Pivot to support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to monitor performance and optimize financial efficiency.Evaluate cost structures, pricing strategies, and profitability across programs.Implement financial systems, dashboards, and automation to enhance operational efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
