Job Title: Financial ProfessionalAbout the Role:This is a highly sought-after position in finance that requires precision and attention to detail.Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely reporting.Supporting the organization's financial operations by performing daily entry logging, preparing balance sheets, generating profit and loss (P&L) statements, managing accrual accounting, and maintaining organized financial documentation.Key Responsibilities:Record and maintain daily financial entries with accuracy and timeliness.Prepare and update Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and other financial reports.Execute and manage accrual accounting processes, including revenue and expense recognition.Maintain up-to-date general ledgers, journals, and transaction logs.Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.Organize and categorize financial documents for audits and internal review.Monitor cash flows, expenditures, and budget variances.Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.Collaborate with leadership to provide insights and financial analyses as needed.Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.Maintain high confidentiality and integrity of financial data.Requirements:1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.Strong understanding of accrual accounting, financial statements, and general accounting principles.Ability to prepare and interpret Balance Sheets and P&L statements with accuracy.Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Wave, or similar).Strong mathematical, analytical, and financial-reporting skills.Excellent attention to detail with the ability to organize and maintain clean financial records.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.High reliability, confidentiality, and professionalism.Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience managing finances for holding companies or multi-entity organizations.Familiarity with GST, TDS, or U.S. accounting concepts.Experience preparing audit-ready financial records.Ability to automate or streamline accounting workflows.Comfort with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) including formulas and pivot tables.We Offer:Opportunity to support financial operations across diverse industries and global markets.Competitive compensation and growth opportunities based on performance.Flexible, remote working environment with ongoing training and development.Exposure to our long-term vision, scalable ventures, and enterprise-level initiatives.A stable role with high importance and visibility within the organization.How to Apply:Please send your resume and a brief note highlighting your experience with accounting, financial reporting, and accrual-based bookkeeping.
