As a Domain Expert for News Publishing Clients, the role of Data Driven Solutions Lead requires expertise in leveraging AI/ML to drive project delivery.Leverage AI and machine learning capabilities to deliver innovative solutions for Gen AI, NLP, personalization, content tagging, and recommendation systems.Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.Collaborate with clients to define key performance indicators, use cases, and transformation roadmaps.Drive innovation in real-time analytics, newsroom intelligence, and digital content performance.Key Responsibilities:Advises on data-driven strategies across editorial planning, newsroom automation, and audience analytics.Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Data Science, Media Technology, or related field.8–12 years of experience in analytics delivery, with proven work in news publishing, media, and digital content ecosystems.Strong understanding of newsroom operations, CMS platforms, audience development, and digital monetization models.Proficiency in Python, SQL, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).Experience with Gen AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face) and LLM-based applications.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.Finding Success Achieve expert level proficiency in data analysis, machine learning, and cloud computing technologies.Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of excellence.Required SkillsData AnalysisMachine LearningCloud ComputingProblem SolvingCritical ThinkingCommunicationTeam Leadership
