Chief Financial Coordinator

Job Description:As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring strong financial governance and operational efficiency within the business unit. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all financial activities are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & Control: Review periodic financial statements (monthly, half-yearly, annual) to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports to stakeholders.Taxation & Compliance: Perform GST and TDS reconciliation to ensure tax compliance across books of accounts. Prepare monthly MIS reports highlighting key financial metrics.Reconciliation & Ledger Management: Conduct vendor and customer account reconciliation in SAP. Regularly monitor and maintain general ledger balances to ensure accuracy and completeness.Manufacturing Finance Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and material control. Assist in implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance.Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external entities for timely completion of finance-related tasks. Ensure seamless communication and coordination among stakeholders.Fixed Asset Management: Capitalize fixed assets in accordance with PLR accounting standards.
