Our team is looking for an experienced Support Manager to handle day-to-day support requests and assist with basic operational tasks. This role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be the go-to person for resolving routine issues, ensuring smooth support processes, and maintaining operations when the core team is offline.This includes providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, as well as assisting with data entry, reporting, and inventory management.The successful candidate will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner.About the Role:We are seeking someone with 1–3 years of experience in customer support, operations, or a similar role.Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this position.The ideal candidate will also have basic troubleshooting ability and experience with community management (online forums, chat groups, or similar).Key Responsibilities:Resolving customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely mannerAssisting with day-to-day operational tasks such as data entry and reportingMaintaining accurate records of customer interactionsRequirements:1–3 years of experience in customer support, operations, or a similar roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsBasic troubleshooting abilityExperience with community management (online forums, chat groups, or similar)What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environmentOngoing training and development opportunitiesA competitive salary and benefits package
