Job TitleA key role that involves managing corporate relations and industry outreach for campus placements.This position entails leading the team in creating data, finding new companies, reaching out to them for internship, final placement, and other engagement activities, while maintaining student life cycles.About The RoleTo establish and nurture effective corporate relationships and generate placements by identifying opportunities for full-time positions and summer internships for full-time management students.The successful candidate will be responsible for network building with senior professionals such as CHROs, functional leaders, CXOs, and create placement opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead generation, including developing and maintaining a database of corporates/placement POCs/CXOs/CHROs. Plan and execute corporate outreach and campus recruitment processes for full-time positions and summer internships.Develop and maintain databases of relevant contacts and information to identify potential partners for campus placements.Promote Great Lakes Institute of Management's capabilities to prospective recruiters and stakeholders.Required Skills And QualificationsAn ideal candidate should have at least 10-15 years of experience in a similar capacity within the higher education industry.
