We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager at Outlook Traveller
Outlook Traveller, India’s leading travel magazine and website, is seeking a Social Media Manager with 5-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about travel, storytelling, and social media growth, this is your chance to make an impact.

What We’re Looking For:
·         Drive Social Media Growth: We’re looking for someone who can take Outlook Traveller’s social media presence to new heights. You will focus on strategies to grow our follower base, boost engagement, and expand our reach across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
·         Creativity in Storytelling: You should have a knack for creating content that resonates with travel enthusiasts, leveraging a mix of visuals, captions, and trends to tell compelling stories that keep our audience hooked.
·         Analytical Expertise: Understanding performance metrics and translating data into actionable strategies is crucial. You’ll continuously monitor and optimise our campaigns to ensure maximum impact and ROI.
·         Proficiency in Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, and video editing software is necessary for creating visually captivating content. Knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools is a plus.
·         Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging social media trends and using them creatively to engage our audience.
Your Role:
·         Develop a Growth-Oriented Strategy: Create and implement a roadmap to increase our presence across all social media platforms, setting ambitious goals for follower count, reach, and engagement.
·         Content Creation and Campaigns: Design and execute campaigns that capture the spirit of travel, including posts, reels, stories, and interactive content that align with Outlook Traveller’s voice and vision.
·         Community Engagement: Foster interactions with followers by responding to comments, messages, and tags. You will also build partnerships with influencers and content creators to extend our reach.
·         Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with editorial, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent, high-quality content aligning with our brand identity.
·         Monitor and Report Performance: Regularly analyse the performance of posts and campaigns, using insights to refine strategies. Provide detailed reports on growth, engagement, and overall impact.
