We are seeking an experienced NetSuite accountant to join our team in a key financial role.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily and weekly bank data import and matching using Bank Feeds;Automated bank reconciliation rules setup, mapping payees, transaction types, variances;Investigating unmatched bank transactions and creating missing GL entries;Financial Statement ReconciliationWe are looking for someone who can:Reconcile balance sheet accounts: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory & COGS, Deferred revenue, Fixed assets & depreciation;Match inventory receipts, vendor bills, and landed cost calculations;Resolve variances between purchase orders, item receipts, and bills;Credit Card Expense ReconciliationWe need someone with strong analytical skills to:Import corporate card transactions into NetSuite (Amex, Chase, Capital One, etc.);Map transactions to expense categories and departments/classes;Match credit card transactions to vendor bills;Monthly reconciliation of credit card statements to GL balances;E-commerce ReconciliationWe're seeking an expert in e-commerce reconciliation to:Match up payments with their orders;Adjusting for variances – reviewing order totals against discounts, taxes, shipping, fees, etc.;Walmart, eBay, Home Depot EDI reconciliation; Amazon Vendor Central Reconciliation;Education and ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field;Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably with NetSuite knowledge;Strong understanding of US accounting principles and bookkeeping;Ability to work independently and as part of a team;BenefitsWe offer competitive compensation and benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and more.
