This helps achieve maximum value for the plastic waste collected, fostering circularity, and benefiting the entire value chain.Dalmia Polypro is a portfolio company of the Circulate Capital Ocean Fund.Duties & AccountabilitiesLead and develop Recycled Plastics new business growth strategy for domestic and international markets focusing on rPET, rPP and rHDPEWork closely with Product Team to understand new products & product roadmap for existing products. Ensure that the right prospects are being identified for each product. Refine product development through playing in client feedbackEnsure market, client and customer insight are fed back into the business to ensure that client remains at the forefrontMaximise the probability of winning new business through deploying an effective teamAdoption of a digital platform (CRM) to handle the entire sales cycleQualifications & ExperienceOwing to small size of team an entrepreneurial approach and ability to work independently would be key to succeed8-10 years of experience in Key Account Management and Institutional Sales will help achieve desired outcomesComfortable to handle technical and commercial discussionsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)Fluency in English is essential
