It would be a plus if they come with Minimum of 1 years of experience in training & coaching senior level leadership executives on topics such as Time management & Prioritization, Effective Leadership, Problem Solving & Decision Making. Entrepreneurial or business experience would be a definite plus.Desired Skills:Should be excited about working with business owners and join a high performance team on a mission to impact livesKnowledge of diverse business areas and fieldsWell versed with technology (basic proficiency would be required)Critical thinkerExcellent written & verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.Must be an attentive listenerAptitude to grasp new concepts, understanding, & comprehending complex business situations and effectively produce resultsExceptional problem-solving skills – an analytical, innovative, and creative mindsetShould view themselves as a catalyst/change makerConfidence and maturity to work with senior executivesMust possess the ability to learn, unlearn & adapt to a fast-paced environmentShould have the ability to give and receive feedback as a lot of feedback will need to be shared with business owners and the coach would also receive feedback in multiple waysTasks and Responsibilities:Follow the prescribed coaching template and handhold entrepreneurs through the journey of helping them take their business to the next level.Have accountability conversations with the client based on the action plan created along with the relevant Master coachPromote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and being accountable for them.Review task documents of the clients and provide them with developmental feedback in a timely manner.Adhere to all internal reporting norms like operational tracker, daily reporting, etcBe a part of relevant internal training programs and coach review meetings for professional and personal development.Facilitating group coaching interactions with business owners to help them accomplish key milestones.Data management and reporting – Tracking the client’s progress and implementation.Coordination between internal and external stakeholdersResponding to client queries shared on our internal portal/whatsapp in a timely manner.Attend all required front and backend programs, and act on all such activities like going through webinars, shadowing other coaches, being shadowed during the initial stages in order to familiarise oneself with the content completely.Facilitate Event Breakout rooms within 7 months of being onboardedWebsite: www.rajivtalreja.com | www.karanhasija.com | www.quantumleap.co.in
