We are building the gold standard in detection accuracy, trust, and technology for India.Role OverviewAs a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be the first human interface between CentAI and potential customers. You will educate, advise, and guide individuals and families on the importance of early detection and preventive diagnostics. This is a consultative, high-involvement sales process — not transactional selling. Your role is to deeply understand customer needs, explain complex medical and technical offerings in simple language, handle objections, and convert high-value leads into paying customers.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing, partnerships, and referrals.Conduct detailed consultative conversations to understand customer health goals, risks, and motivations.Educate customers on CentAI’s offering, technology, and unique advantages over traditional health checks.Address queries, comparisons, and concerns transparently — build trust through knowledge and empathy.Convert leads into bookings while maintaining integrity, compliance, and brand tone.Collaborate closely with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to continuously refine scripts, FAQs, and objection handling.Maintain CRM hygiene and track conversion metrics with discipline.Share structured feedback from customer interactions to improve product-market fit.Ideal Background1–4 years of experience in consultative sales of high-ticket products or services (preferred categories: real estate, edtech, fintech, healthtech, automotive, insurance).Proven track record of high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex ideas.Comfortable discussing high-value purchases with affluent and discerning customers.Tech-savvy, curious, and able to grasp scientific and AI-driven products quickly.For Fresh Graduates: Smart, articulate, and motivated individuals passionate about healthcare, technology, and helping people live longer, healthier lives.Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus).High learning agility and hunger to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.Background in life sciences, engineering, healthcare, or business preferred but not mandatory.Why Join CentAIBe part of a pioneering AI-health company shaping the future of preventive medicine in India.Learn consultative, high-value sales from top industry leaders.Work at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and technology.Growth-oriented environment with strong career acceleration and incentives.
