Role and ResponsibilitiesInstrumental in selecting and appointing consultants, vendors and contractors for new projects and old store renovations.handling multi-projects across the country for new stores and old stores renovation.Facilitate in project planning, costing, scheduling, resource planning and execution.Responsible for completion and handover of projects to store operations.Responsible for the capital expenditure on projects & accountable for budget / cost control.Coordinating with developer for activities to be completed during our fit-out period.Checking of bills of all vendors for releasing Advance, Running account bills, final Bills.Maintaining proper documentation internal or external during the entire project period to satisfaction of compliance requirements.Coordinate any changes required in existing stores to make them aesthetically appealing.Responsible for quality checks of materials used and ensure quality workmanship.Responsible for doing value engineering and for developing new SOP.Responsible for Project expense tracking against the approved budgets.Submitting the project progress report periodically for timely execution.Coordination with consultants and developers on services design for new projects.Tracking ongoing and upcoming projects and submit the tracking sheets to management.Responsible for project planning, costing, scheduling, resource planning, appointing consultants, vendors and contractorsTop KPI's (Ideally Measurable) for this role areTime Management in closure of ProjectsCAPEX ManagementProject progress trackingSchedule Adherence- Store & Renovation projectsQualifications and Education RequirementsB.E/ Diploma Civil, Elec, Mech Preferred competenciesExperience in MEP Works is essentialProject Management skills with knowledge in MS Office, AutoCAD and MS Projects essential
