Job Overview:A change management expert is needed to drive organizational adoption of initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will execute tactical components of a change management framework under client direction.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute change management framework, tracking deliverables, stakeholders, adoption uptake, and resistance.Initiate and maintain user engagement to increase adoption.Develop and publish quick start guides, weekly tips, incentives, and other role-based training to enable and encourage adoption.Provide weekly reports on progress against KPIs, with callouts of risks and blockers slowing or limiting progress.Maintain stakeholder engagements and manage expectations.Requirements:Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci or equivalent) or 5+ years proven experience in organizational change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement within Microsoft 365 environments.Hands-on expertise with Viva Engage campaigns, SharePoint communications, and Teams engagement.Familiarity with M365 Copilot features, use cases, and adoption strategies.Strong communication and facilitation skills across US-based technical and business audiences.Experience supporting champion networks and peer-to-peer enablement.Ability to synthesize feedback and translate into actionable insights and reporting.3+ years of experience leading projects with US-based companies.What We Offer:We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
