Join a dynamic team at the forefront of market operations, where precision and collaboration drive client success.As a Prime Pre-matching Analyst within the Prime Pre-matching team, you ensure unmatched and failed trades are resolved efficiently. You collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain robust controls and support daily trade matching activities. Job ResponsibilitiesPerform daily pre-matching activities in line with agreed SLAsCoordinate with counterparties to agree on PO's promptlyEscalate high-value trades and unresolved issues appropriatelyPrioritize trades considering CSDR penalties and client impactPrepare and distribute client-specific reports to stakeholdersEscalate exceptions and deviations from SOPs immediatelyCollaborate with Middle Offices to increase STP ratesAct as SME and provide training to team membersConduct root cause analyses on recurring issuesValidate and complete SOPs on scheduleSupport process improvement initiatives and control enhancementsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsDemonstrate at least 2 years' experience in pre-matching, settlements, or fails managementExhibit excellent written and verbal communication skillsApply a strong control mindset in daily activitiesCoordinate effectively with global stakeholdersDeliver strategic solutions for clientsAnalyze and resolve operational issues efficientlyUphold high standards of accuracy and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsUtilize advanced Excel and data analysis skillsAdapt quickly to changing market environmentsLead process improvement projectsMentor and guide junior team membersCommunicate complex information clearlyManage multiple tasks under tight deadlinesEngage proactively with cross-functional teams
