We seek an experienced project manager and strategic problem solver with exceptional communication skills and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.Lead and align a cross-functional project team, including DTS, Logistics Central Support, and site Logistics SMEs from both internal teams and third-party partners.Identify and manage change management risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.Provide effective stakeholder management and collaborate closely with the Logistics PMO.Drive consistent communication and implementation strategies that balance business continuity with demanding project deadlines.Facilitate decision-making and prioritize trade-offs across cross-functional teams and leadership groups.Monitor project milestones and updates in the Target Process tool and supporting action-tracking systems.Key Requirements:Proven project management experience with a track record of scoping, planning, and executing complex initiatives on time and within budget.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling decks and tailor messages to diverse audiences.Strong leadership in matrixed environments—skilled at driving collaboration and influencing without direct authority.Familiarity with warehouse and transportation operations, including WMS and TMS systems.
