Corporate Relations ManagerJob DescriptionAs a Corporate Relations Manager, you will play a key role in fostering strategic partnerships between our institution and industry leaders.The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be able to build and maintain relationships with senior professionals, and have a strong understanding of the corporate landscape.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation – Identifying new business opportunities and creating data-driven strategies to drive student placement and engagement activitiesNetwork with Senior Professionals – Building relationships with CHROs, functional leaders, and CXOs to create placement opportunitiesDatabase Management – Developing and maintaining a comprehensive database of corporates, POCs, CXOs, and CHROsCampus Relations – Creating and nurturing relationships with prospective recruiters while maintaining high standards of professionalismAccount Conversion – Converting new accounts through structured outreach and delivering on individual targetsEvent Planning – Planning and executing campus engagement activities like leadership talks, live projects, panel discussions, conclaves, workshops, etc.Recruitment Process – Planning and executing corporate outreach and campus recruitment process for full-time positions and summer internshipsIndustry Insights – Staying abreast of industry developments to enhance the effectiveness of Outreach effortsCollaboration – Working with other key stakeholders including Alumni, Faculty, Administration, Marketing & Admissions teams to achieve larger institutional objectivesRequirements:Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with senior professionalsStrong understanding of the corporate landscape and industry trendsProven track record of lead generation and conversionAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA competitive compensation package
