Experience: Minimum 15+ years (with 5–8 years in EPC projects)Location: [Specify if applicable]Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred)Experience & Exposure:Minimum of 15 years of experience in Civil & Structural Engineering, including 5–8 years in EPC projects.Exposure to Field Engineering, Basic/FEED Engineering, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.Proven experience handling projects of at least 30,000 man-hours with a team size of 20+ members at peak load.Experience in schedule preparation, resource management, and engineering man-hour estimation based on quantities and deliverables.Familiar with change management processes related to input changes or additional scope.Technical Expertise:Proficient in the analysis and design of:Steel and Concrete Structures (Pipe racks, shelters, technology structures, etc.)Foundations (Static equipment, tanks, and machine foundations with dynamic analysis)Industrial Buildings (Substation, Control Room, Administration buildings, etc.)Strong understanding of International Design Codes and Standards.Sound knowledge in structural modeling, load calculations, and design documentation.Ability to coordinate effectively with other engineering disciplines to ensure design integrity.Software Skills:Structural Analysis: STAAD.Pro (Mandatory), GTStrudl (Added advantage)Foundation Design: Foundation3D, Mat3D, ETABS (Added advantage)3D Model Review: Navisworks, SmartPlant Review (SPR) (Added advantage)Finite Element Modeling: Abaqus, SAP2000, SolidWorks (Added advantage)Key Responsibilities:Lead the Civil & Structural engineering team in delivering project objectives within schedule and quality standards.Review and approve design deliverables, ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable codes.Interface with clients, vendors, and internal disciplines for design clarifications and technical discussions.Support field engineering activities during construction and resolve site-related technical queries.Participate in project reviews, design audits, and technical evaluations.
