We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & SAP Project Manager to lead our organization’s overall technology strategy and oversee the end-to-end SAP implementation or migration project. This hybrid role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on project management, ensuring our technology infrastructure supports business objectives while delivering a successful, on-time, and on-budget SAP deployment.Eligibility:-Minimum 10 Yrs plus experience in the domain of Technology.Leadership SkillsLeading SAP projects.Experience of handling the technology department.Budget:- 60LPA.Location:- Mumbai🎯 Key Responsibilities:🔹 Strategic Technology Leadership (CTO):Define and lead the overall IT and digital strategy aligned with business goalsOversee enterprise architecture, technology governance, infrastructure, and cybersecurityDrive technology innovation, system modernization, and digital transformation initiativesBuild and mentor a high-performing IT team, ensuring alignment and accountabilityServe as the executive liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departmentsEvaluate and adopt new technologies to support scalability, resilience, and efficiency🔹 SAP Project Management:Lead and manage the SAP implementation/migration program, including planning, execution, and monitoringCollaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, scope, and system designManage vendor relationships and third-party SAP consultants or SI partnersDefine and oversee the SAP project budget, resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation plansEnsure alignment of SAP configuration with business processes (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.)Develop project documentation, testing protocols, and training plans for end-usersLead data migration, change management, and go-live support activitiesReport regularly to leadership on project status, risks, and KPIs🧠 Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field10–15+ years in IT leadership, with at least 5 years in a project management or SAP implementation roleProven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA or ECC projects end-to-end (greenfield or brownfield)Experience with SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or HCMStrong understanding of IT infrastructure, ERP architecture, cybersecurity, and cloud technologiesExcellent project management skills (PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification preferred)Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and communicate with executive stakeholdersExperience in change management, training, and user adoption strategies🛠️ Tools & Technologies:SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP FioriProject Management Tools: MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similarCloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)ERP Integration tools, middleware, APIsITIL, COBIT frameworks (nice to have)Interested applicants please share your updated resume on deepak.5@taggd.in
