Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Data Platform Administrator to implement and maintain the Databricks platform on cloud services.Key Responsibilities:Set up, manage, and secure Databricks workspaces, including user and group management, access control, and security configurations.Provide technical support to data engineering, science, and application teams, troubleshooting service issues, and resolving platform-related problems.Install, configure, and maintain Databricks clusters and workspaces, monitoring performance, resource utilization, and platform costs.Implement and enforce access controls and security policies to protect sensitive data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Manage connections between Databricks and other data sources, optimizing data pipelines and workflows.Develop and maintain automation scripts using Terraform for platform provisioning and routine tasks.Required Skills:3+ years of production support experience for the Databricks platform.Terraform, AWS/Azure/GCP cloud services, Databricks administration expertise.Knowledge of AWS IAM, VPC, private endpoints, firewalls, S3, and how Databricks integrates with them.Proficiency in MLflow, Workflows, Databricks Asset Bundles.Experience with the Databricks REST API for automation, scripting, and integration.dbx CLI skills for CI/CD integration.Delta Live Tables (DLT) expertise for managing streaming and batch pipelines.SQL and PySpark skills for debugging and support.Preferred Skill: Databricks certification is desired.
