And we DO celebrate, because if you don't have fun along the way, then what's the point?Job Summary:We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to work on the Functional consulting team within Oracle NetSuite Professional Services. This position requires heavy interaction with customers, NetSuite implementation teams, and NetSuite partners. This individual will be a part of the team that assists customers with implementing NetSuite. The Senior Consultant position is responsible for the delivery of implementation services for Oracle NetSuite customers in a post-sales environment. Working with the rest of the Professional Services department, this position will quickly assess customer needs, develop innovative plans to solve their problems and implement these plans to the customer's satisfaction.The Senior Consultant is expected to assist in any sales engagement that may arise with existing customers and in some instances, work directly with the Sales and Account Management team to close those opportunities. The successful Senior Consultant must have a passion for helping customers find creative ways to more effectively run their businesses. Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers is a top priority. Working with aggressive timelines and a full customer portfolio is required.Responsibilities include:Gather and document customer business requirementsWork with customers to configure NetSuite software to support customer business requirementsArchitect solutions for complex business requirements which may include complex configurations and/or complex technical componentsDefine detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to NetSuite Work with technical teams to design and test automations and integrationsPerform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team membersCollaborate and communicate with Project Managers and colleagues to facilitate on time and on budget project deliveryAchieve or exceed billable utilization targets Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications Support the sales cycle through solution review and feedback, and assistance with scoping and estimation
