As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional post-sales support, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving product-related issue resolution.Main Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our SaaS-based CRM platform on WhatsApp Business API, providing timely and effective solutions to customers.Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.Escalaate complex issues to the engineering team with detailed analysis and resolution tracking, ensuring prompt and efficient problem-solving.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes, FAQs, and known issues to facilitate faster resolution times and improve overall customer satisfaction.Conduct regular system checks and proactively monitor platform health and user behavior to prevent potential issues and ensure optimal performance.Provide expert guidance to users on features, configurations, and workflows, empowering them to derive maximum value from our product.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and influence product enhancements, driving continuous improvement and innovation.Maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication, active listening, and a commitment to resolving issues efficiently.
