Your responsibilities include providing support to learners, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless learning experience.The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be adaptable to evolving processes. Knowledge of the EdTech industry and/or prior experience in education technology will be a valuable advantage.Main ResponsibilitiesLearner Support: Serve as the point of contact for learners, addressing inquiries, guiding them through the program journey, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (course designers, tech support, instructors, course SPOCs) to manage program timelines, ensure the alignment of deliverables, and identify areas for process improvement.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline program delivery, enhance learner satisfaction, and implement best practices for efficiency.Quality Control: Ensure that all learning communications adhere to quality standards and branding guidelines set by the process.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.Adaptability to Business Needs: Ability to respond to tickets, chats, and out-calling as per the business requirements.Customer-Focused: Demonstrated experience in a customer support role with the ability to resolve learner inquiries professionally and effectively.
