**Job Title**: Student Section Clerk

**Department**: Academic Administration in Collage (Must Computer Knowledge)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Records Management**:

- Maintain and update student files, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and confidential.
- Assist with the preparation of student records for graduation, academic reports, and transfers.
- Process and file student documentation, including transcripts, certificates, and other academic records.
- **Course Registration and Timetable Support**:

- Assist students with course registration, class schedules, and enrollment-related inquiries.
- Process registration forms, update course information, and ensure accuracy of student schedules.
- Monitor course registration deadlines and ensure students adhere to them.
- **Clerical and Office Support**:

- Provide administrative support to faculty and staff, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating student-related documents.
- Manage and organize files, records, and other documents in both physical and digital formats.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**:

- Enter student data into the student information system (SIS) or other institutional databases.
- Generate reports as requested by faculty, academic departments, or student services.
- Assist with updating and maintaining the student database and other record-keeping systems.
- **Support During Exam Periods**:

- Help in organizing exam schedules and room assignments.
- Assist in preparing exam materials and monitoring the entry of exam results.
- Ensure that exam protocols and student lists are followed during assessment periods.
- **General Student Services Assistance**:

- Provide students with information regarding policies, procedures, and requirements related to academics, course selection, and graduation.
- Direct students to the appropriate departments or staff for specialized services or advice.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Graduate (Any Field)
- **Experience**:

- Previous administrative or clerical experience, preferably in an educational setting.
- Familiarity with student information systems (SIS) and office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of students, faculty, and staff.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
