It uses only the best quality materials to build your abode in only eight to twelve weeks.The structures built by the company carry visually superior jointing technology and excellent dimensional accuracy assembled on site from very durable Arctic and innovative solutions developed to meet toughest climatic conditions with the help of highly skilled and experienced engineers and technicians. Job Description: ·  The candidate should have knowledge of hybrid structures, including steel, cement, and wood.·  Strong interest in Green Building Projects and sustainable construction practices.· Prepare detailed designs, based on Architectural controls/guidelines, features and specifications,pertaining to buildings and various external elements and components such as common facilities, openspaces, landscape structures and features.·  Conceptualizing and creating designs, both, manually and through extensive use of CAD applications& design software platforms·  Capable of leading the team, Ability to work well with a team and diligently meeting project deadlines.·  Site evaluation and analysis of architectural character relevant to social and cultural heritage.· Prepare detailed designs, based on Architectural controls/guidelines, features and specifications,pertaining to buildings and various external elements and components such as common facilities, openspaces, landscape structures and features.·  BOQ preparation·  Proposal creation·  Monitor activities & progress through regular site visits & coordination of external services andcontractors·  Monitoring factory production and QC inspection.·  Should come up with innovative solutions. Education/ Experience.·      Qualified M. Arch/B.Arch. from a reputed Institute with 7-15+ Year experience·      Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)·      Auto CAD, 3D, sketch up, Revit and other relevant software used for the same. Key Skills: ·           Team handling, client interaction·           Communicating clearly so that information gets delivered accurately.·           Multitasking to deal with competing demands.·           An analytical mind, with high levels of creativity, strong visual awareness, and an eye for detail·           Excellent written, oral and computer skills (including use MS Office and CAD, SketchUpapplications)·           Knowledge of REVIT is an additional advantage.·           Open for travel, plan & implement projects according to schedule & budget, prepare reports,present design briefs, proposals, applications & contract. Date of Joining – As soon as possible Salary: - As per the industry normsEmail your resumes and portfolio at hr@saraabode.com
