We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Project Manager with experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to oversee and drive the successful execution of AI/ML projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of innovative AI solutions that meet organizational goals. We are looking for immediate candidates only willing to work from our Gurgaon Office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business units, and external partners.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI/ML teams.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers.
  • Facilitate team meetings, track action items, and resolve blockers.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to achieve project goals.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.
  • Oversee testing, validation, and deployment of AI/ML models.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience managing AI/ML or software development projects.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, tools, and technologies.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and APIs.
  • Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and lifecycle management.
