We are now building a lean, performance-driven marketing engine, and we’re looking for a skilled videographer to join this mission.Role OverviewWe are hiring an experienced Camera Operator/Videographer who can capture crisp, high-quality video content for our live trading sessions, courses, podcasts, and social media. You should have a strong understanding of cameras, lighting, and production aesthetics, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate DSLR/mirrorless cameras for shootsSet up lights, microphones, and complete studio environmentsFilm podcasts, office shoots, reels, educational sessions & live trading contentCoordinate with the content team for storyboards & shot listsCapture BTS content for Instagram, YouTube & social mediaManage media files & maintain equipmentAssist with basic edits (colour correction, trimming, timeline cleanup)Requirements4–5 years of experience as a videographer/camera operatorStrong understanding of lighting setup and audio equipmentExcellent knowledge of frame rates, shutter speed, ISO, and colour profilesCreative eye for visual storytelling & compositionsAbility to shoot independently and work in a fast-paced environmentExperience in brand/influencer/production studio shoots is a plusWhy Join Richie?Work directly with the Founder & leadershipBe part of India’s fastest-growing market education ecosystemCreate content consumed by thousands of serious traders & investorsFast-paced, high-growth creative environmentMassive learning + creative freedomTo Apply: Mail your CV + Work Portfolio to: hr@richie.club
