We are now building a lean, performance-driven marketing engine, and we’re looking for a skilled videographer to join this mission.Role OverviewWe are hiring an experienced Camera Operator/Videographer who can capture crisp, high-quality video content for our live trading sessions, courses, podcasts, and social media. You should have a strong understanding of cameras, lighting, and production aesthetics, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment.Key Responsibilities- Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras for shoots- Set up lights, microphones, and complete studio environments- Film podcasts, office shoots, reels, educational sessions & live trading content- Coordinate with the content team for storyboards & shot lists- Capture BTS content for Instagram, You Tube & social media- Manage media files & maintain equipment- Assist with basic edits (colour correction, trimming, timeline cleanup)-Requirements- 4–5 years of experience as a videographer/camera operator- Strong understanding of lighting setup and audio equipment- Excellent knowledge of frame rates, shutter speed, ISO, and colour profiles- Creative eye for visual storytelling & compositions- Ability to shoot independently and work in a fast-paced environment- Experience in brand/influencer/production studio shoots is a plus-Why Join Richie?- Work directly with the Founder & leadership- Be part of India’s fastest-growing market education ecosystem- Create content consumed by thousands of serious traders & investors- Fast-paced, high-growth creative environment- Massive learning + creative freedomTo Apply:Mail your CV + Work Portfolio to:
