s.Service Portal design, often in support of custom applicatio
nsHands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script includes, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbou
ndKnowledge of Custom apps/ App Engi n
e.Provide support of custom applications development and migrati
onVery good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creatio
n.Implement ServiceNow in Domain separated instanc
e.Prior experience in leading technical governance boards and solution revie
wsAbility to design end to end solutions to customer requirement
s.Support Virtual Agent configuration and developmen
t.Experience in ServiceNow Mobile app developme
ntWorked on CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM module
s.Advanced knowledge of CSDM & CM
DBExpert in working on Performance Analyti
csKnowledge of integration Hub require
d.Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practic
esDevelop methodologies for consistent development, improvement, and deployment of designed solution
s.Active CSA + 2 Mainline certificatio
nsExperien
ce8+ years of relevant experience with ServiceNow require
d.3+ years’ experience with Java Script require
d.ServiceNow System Administrator certification require
d.At least 2 years in assessment, building & designing custom applications on ServiceNo
w.At least 2 of the below require
d:§ CIS – ITSM certification preferre
d.§ CIS – CSM certification preferre
d.§ Certified Application Developer (ServiceNow) preferre
d.§ CIS – Risk and Compliance certification preferre
d.Thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes such as Incident, Problem, Change and Request Fulfillmen
t.ITIL Foundations certification preferre
d.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experienc
e.Knowledge of LDAP/Active Director
