About the Role :


We’re on the hunt for an Industry Expert in Study Abroad to join our dynamic high-performance team at Leap. This is not just any role – it’s a game-changing opportunity to be at the forefront of global education, driving strategic growth and delivering unmatched experiences for students eager to study abroad. The perfect candidate will bring deep expertise, innovative strategies, and a proven track record in the study abroad and international education space.


The charter for this role will include:

  • Host engaging webinars and virtual info sessions on studying in Germany
  • Share insights on admissions, visas, scholarships, and life abroad.
  • Act as a credible voice for aspiring international students.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends and innovations in international education, ensuring Leap stays ahead of the curve and continues to define the future of study abroad.


Must Have:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in study abroad counseling in Germany with a strong track record of success in helping students navigate the complexities of international education.
  • A proven impact in the study abroad or global education sector, with a history of delivering exceptional results.
  • In-depth expertise in university admissions, visa processes, and managing international partnerships.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of inspiring not just students, but also parents and key institutional stakeholders to believe in the power of studying abroad.
  • A passion for driving cultural exchange and pushing the boundaries of education innovation, making a lasting impact in the global education ecosystem.
