Looking for a Senior Technical Writer at NeoScript in Bengaluru. As a Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in creating clear and concise documentation for various technical materials, including user manuals, technical specifications, architecture documentation and process documentation. The ideal candidate is not only an excellent communicator but also has a keen understanding of complex technical concepts and the ability to transform them into easily understandable content.


Qualifications

  • Technical Communication, Technical Documentation, and Technical Writing skills
  • Experience in creating detailed software documentation and manuals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio.
  • Proficiency in conveying technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of software development processes and technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Adobe Technical Communication Suite, MadCap Flare, or similar.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
  • Sigma certification (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the US Healthcare domain is a plus.



Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and understand technical concepts.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and process documents.
  • Organize and present information in a clear and concise manner suitable for the target audience.
  • Revise, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation aligns with product releases and updates.
  • Manage documentation projects, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
