We’re looking for a driven Recruiter who can attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition • Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels • Understand hiring requirements and source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networks • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managersStakeholder Management • Partner with hiring managers to understand role expectations and timelines • Provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline statusCandidate Experience • Ensure a smooth and professional hiring journey for candidates • Maintain clear communication throughout the recruitment processProcess & Compliance • Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation • Ensure hiring processes comply with company policies and labor regulationsEmployer Branding • Support employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms • Represent Meraqui as an employer of choice✅ What We’re Looking For• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition • Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • Familiarity with job portals, ATS, and LinkedIn hiring tools✨ If you’re passionate about hiring the right talent and building high-performing teams, we’d love to hear from you 📧 Apply now: reachus@meraqui.com
