Job SummaryWe seek a Product Innovation Specialist to drive product development, ensure quality, and deliver technical expertise.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop products that meet industry standards and customer specifications.Prepare detailed engineering calculations, 3D models, and drawings.Technical Support:Provide technical assistance to sales, manufacturing, service centers, and customers.Conduct root-cause failure analysis and recommend corrective actions.Support bid proposals with technical clarifications and product selections.Product Documentation and Improvement:Maintain accurate product documentation, BOMs, specifications, and engineering change notices.Lead product upgrades, redesigns, and standardization initiatives.Assess and improve product reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with global engineering teams, supply chain, vendors, and operations to achieve project goals.Support manufacturing with troubleshooting, process improvements, and design-for-manufacturability.Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and 5-9 years of experience in a similar environment.BenefitsThe ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
