Job TitleData ArchitectDescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Data Architect to lead the development of our enterprise data architecture strategy.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale data architecture solutions in enterprise environments. They will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Data Lakehouses on cloud platforms.The successful candidate will have hands-on expertise with Snowflake (preferred), Databricks, Azure Data Factory, cloud-native storage and services. They will also have deep proficiency in Apache Spark (batch and streaming), data ingestion frameworks, ETL/ELT workflows, and orchestration.Experience with real-time streaming and event-driven data frameworks is essential. The candidate should also have solid understanding of cloud-native data ecosystem (preferably Azure, but AWS or GCP experience also relevant).In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership skills.RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants must have:12–15 years of overall IT experience, with at least 8+ years in a Data Architect / senior data-platform architect role.Proven experience architecting and implementing Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Data Lakehouses at enterprise scale.Strong programming skills in Python for data engineering, automation, custom transformations, and scripting.Deep knowledge of data modeling, schema design (logical and physical), relational and/or non-relational data stores, query optimization, and performance tuning.About UsThis job requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
