Job TitleSalesforce Marketing Cloud ProfessionalAre you a marketing automation expert looking to leverage the power of Salesforce Marketing Cloud?We're seeking a talented Salesforce Marketing Cloud Professional to join our team and help drive our marketing efforts forward.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and continuously improve their skills.Key Responsibilities:- Build and manage automated multi-channel campaigns using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.- Develop custom AMPscript and SSJS for dynamic email content and automation.- Manage data extensions, segmentation, and subscriber journeys.- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.- Monitor campaign performance and ensure email deliverability best practices.- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.Qualifications:- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.- Proficient in AMPscript, SQL, and JavaScript (SSJS).- Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and integrating Salesforce CRM.- Strong understanding of marketing automation, dynamic content, and customer journey optimization.Critical Duties:- Leverage Marketing Cloud studios such as Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, Audience Builder, and Journey Builder.- Create complex Marketing Cloud journeys and campaigns.- Create and maintain automations, data extensions, and connector data transfer processes in Marketing Cloud.- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Service Cloud platform.- Develop data-driven marketing initiatives utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Benefits:- Collaborate with development team to design, develop, and deliver custom Salesforce applications in a Scrum environment.- Develop in Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce to build solutions that support business requirements.- Lead technical design sessions and write technical documents.- Design and develop integrations between applications and other systems as required, leveraging varying API technologies.- Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.Additional Information:- Perform activities such as audience selection, trigger qualification, suppressions, segmentation, and arbitration.- Gather and confirm data specifications associated with campaigns.- Develop reports and dashboards to analyze performance across multiple marketing channels.- Communicate status within agile team regarding task status and impediments.Requirements:- Multi-process and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven, sometimes unpredictable—but always fun and engaging environment.
