Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team. This is a critical role that will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process, fostering a positive work environment, and implementing performance review processes.Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain top talent.Employee Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and foster a positive work environment.Performance Management: Implement performance review processes and work with department leaders to design and monitor key performance indicators.Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize learning opportunities to enhance employee skills.HR Policy Development: Create and update HR policies in line with current legislation and company goals.Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processes and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Compliance: Ensure all HR activities are compliant with legal and ethical standards.Office Management: Manage office resources and supplies to ensure a productive and welcoming environment.
