As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for prioritizing, organizing, and managing incoming ServiceNow-related tasks, including incident resolution, service requests, and platform enhancements. This requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, and excellent communication skills.Qualifications:Excellent leadership and communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform.
