This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and commercial acumen. The ideal candidate comes from a B2B sales or consulting background, has transitioned into operations, and thrives in a data-driven, fast-paced fintech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Strategic Growth: Partner with leadership to define and execute the operational strategy aligned with C2treds’ business and revenue goals.Sales Operations Excellence: Build and optimize sales processes, performance tracking, and forecasting models to enable scalable growth.Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with sales, credit, compliance, and tech teams to streamline workflows and enhance customer onboarding efficiency.Performance Management: Set KPIs, monitor progress, and implement improvement frameworks to ensure operational success and profitability.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of high-performing professionals; foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal and external stakeholders—including regulatory bodies, clients, and senior leadership—to ensure alignment and operational compliance.Process & Governance: 6.
