Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager (Industrial Enzyme) to join our expanding team in South Asia. This remote role will focus on driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and distribution channels within the industrial enzyme sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand relationships with key accounts in the industrial enzyme market, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute channel management strategies to optimize distribution efficiency and market coverage across South Asia.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including sales support, quality, technical and marketing teams) to address customer needs and drive sales performance.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities in the industrial enzyme sector, contributing to healthy opportunities pipeline.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Professional Background: Strong experience in specialty chemicals or ingredients; prior exposure to enzymes or yeast are significant added advantages.
  • Skills: Proven expertise in key account management and channel development. Experience in data analytics is highly desirable.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the grain processing industry is an added advantage.
  • Education & Technical Background: Bachelor or Master’s degree,technical background (either through education or work experience) is preferred, to support technical discussions externally and internally.
  • Cultural Fit: Strong teamwork spirit, ambitious mindset, and excellent communication skills. Experience working in multi-cultural environments is essential, with demonstrated leadership potential.
  • Open to frequent travelling up to 50%.
