We are seeking a seasoned Design Manager to spearhead our design efforts in the US market. This is a high-profile role that demands a strong vision, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our design output, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.This role requires a team player who can motivate and guide a team of interior designers and 3D visualizers to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design codes followed in different states of the USA and be well-versed in design software such as Autocad, Photoshop, and Sketchup.Key responsibilities include:Planning layouts and concept designing of interior fit-outs of commercial and residential spacesManaging project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth project executionCoordinating with clients, internal procurement teams, and site execution teams to ensure seamless project deliverySelecting materials finishes and obtaining client approvalMaking schedules for furniture, general, and decorative light fixtures, carpets, etc.Working with graphic designers to create wallpaper designs and other graphic elementsPreparing working drawings/technical drawings and coordinating their implementation at siteA strong track record of delivering high-quality designs, leading teams on high-profile projects, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
