Interior Design SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled interior designer to work remotely and independently develop comprehensive design solutions for high-end residential projects.This is a full-time remote position ideal for an interior designer with strong technical expertise, excellent design sense, and hands-on experience in luxury residential interiors.The role primarily focuses on:Design DevelopmentTechnical Drafting & Working DrawingsCreating complete interior design concepts for premium villas & high-end residences.Preparing detail-oriented working drawings including: Furniture layout Wardrobe & modular kitchen detailing Toilet & utility detailing False ceiling (POP) Electrical/lighting layout Flooring pattern drawings Wall elevations & sectional details Supporting 3D teams with conceptual guidance Providing material specifications and finish schedules Coordinating daily with site engineers for technical clarifications Updating drawings as per real-site changes and client inputs Maintaining structured documentation and delivering every drawing in committed timelinesRequired Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have:degree/diploma in interior design or architecture 4–5+ years of mandatory experience in high-end residential projects Strong drafting & technical detailing skills in AutoCAD (mandatory)Good understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and luxury design trends Ability to handle multiple projects independently while working from home Strong design sense + practical on-site understanding Good communication and digital coordination habitsBenefits and OpportunitiesOpportunity to handle multiple premium residences simultaneously Direct collaboration with founders for all major design decisions High-growth environment with opportunity to become an Associate Partner Long-term stable role with a reputable brandAs a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive design solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
