**Conversation Designer Role**We are seeking a talented and innovative professional to design structured prompts for GPT-based large language models (LLMs).This position requires a strong background in designing and maintaining conversational experiences.The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of dialogue management, context grounding, and error recovery strategies.- Develop, design, and maintain structured prompts for LLMs.- Implement and optimize dialogue management strategies that ensure effective communication.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate prompt effectiveness using quality scoring methods.- Conduct research on and apply embeddings and context retrieval techniques to enrich user interactions.- Design and implement error recovery strategies to enhance the overall user experience.- Monitor performance and iteratively improve prompts based on user feedback and data analysis.- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in AI and conversation design.- Strong knowledge of Azure AI Search, embeddings, and context retrieval is required.**Required Skills & Qualifications**- Proven experience in prompt engineering and conversation design for LLMs.- Proficiency in Azure AI Foundry (Prompt Flow) is necessary.- Familiarity with Semantic Kernel is an asset.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is required.- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in prompt engineering, conversational AI, or related fields is needed.**What We Offer**- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- A dynamic and inclusive work environment.- The chance to work with cutting-edge technology in the rapidly evolving field of AI.
