Branch Service

Role

  • Attend to customer walk-ins at the Branch.
  • Managing service requests
  • Ensure 100% quality, Accuracy & TAT adherence.
  • Coordinate with the internal stakeholders.
  • Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms.
  • To be aware of and comply with any updates about the process
  • Act on the feedback given or on the coaching provided to the team as guidelines for improving performance.
  • Maintain Customer NPS as per Company’s Target.
  • Manage feedback received from customers and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve the service issues.

Qualification & experience

  • Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA
  • Min 1-2 years of experience

  • Customer service skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Customer facing exposure

Nature of role

Service orientation, 6 day working in shifts between 9 to 7 PM
