Business Head Job DescriptionThe role of Business Head involves overseeing the establishment and operation of food brand cafeterias across India.Market research and analysis will be conducted to identify suitable locations for the cafeterias, based on factors such as footfall and revenue potential.The design, layout, and setup of the cafeterias/kiosks will be coordinated with architects, fabricators, and vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient process.Key Responsibilities:The Business Head will be responsible for establishing the cafeterias/kiosks within target timelines, which includes negotiating with site owners, mall/shop owners, corporate parks, transit hubs, and prime shopping center area vacant shops for cafetaria/kiosk business establishment.Operational Planning:SOPs for cafeteria/kiosk operations, including hygiene, safety, inventory, and service protocols will be developed by the Business Head.Menu designs and rates will be created based on business potential and local delicacies, subject to management approval.Financial & Business Management:The Business Head will handle investor relationships and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost-benefit analyses for cafeteria/kiosk establishments.Team & Stakeholder Management:Leading and motivating a team of kiosk staff, supervisors, and support personnel is a key aspect of this role.The Business Head will act as the primary point of contact between corporate management, vendors, and location owners.Reporting & Compliance:Maintaining accurate records of licenses, vendor contracts, and establishment documentation is crucial in this position.The Business Head will generate periodic reports on kiosk performance, expansion progress, and operational challenges.
